Comprehensive Home Energy Audits are $100 for Qualified Pepco Customers*

* This program is open to all customers regardless of income. Must be single family detached or townhome with air conditioning and/or electric heating.

Non-qualified home owners can purchase Comprehensive Energy Audits for $349 up to 2,000 square feet, $399 for 2,001 - 3,500 square feet, $449 for 3,501 - 4,999 square feet, and $499 for over 5,000 square feet.
