Express Energy Audits^# are $250 (FREE after rebate*)

*Note one $250 rebate per household. Rebate is provided by the Virginia Rebate Program (get more information by clicking here). Please note that this program has run out of funding, so if you do not currently hold a reservation, this rebate is not available. Virginia has stated that the program may re-open in the Spring or Summer of 2010.

*Homes with 2,000 - 3,499 sqare feet of conditioned space add $50. Homes with 3,500 - 5,000 square feet of conditioned space add $100. Homes over 5,000 square feet add $150. Conditioned space will be measured by your Energy Auditor and includes all square footage inside your home's thermal boundary.

^# Express Audits are not available to homes over 3,500 square feet.
