Ecobeco LLC sales are governed by the policies below. For sales made by Green Irene, the Green Irene Returns Policy is available during your checkout.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

ecobeco LLC guarantees your satisfaction on everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in resalable condition within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. We will notify you once your order is processed.

We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please contact us. Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)

We use a variety of shipping options to help keep prices down for our customers. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

"FREE SHIPPING OVER $100" This promotion applies to standard shipping options only for US shipments only. Customer must select "Free Standard Shipping" option at checkout to receive the free shipping.

Please note the following:

• We believe in keeping a light environmental footprint, so we reuse the shipping boxes we receive from various vendors.
• Shipping can take 3 to 5 business days on average for most items. Oversize items may take longer.
• Alaska, Hawaii: Deliveries may take longer; some items cannot be shipped to AK/HI
• APO/FPO: Deliveries may take up to 21 days; some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
• We CANNOT ship to P.O. boxes.
• Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, but we primarily use USPS and UPS.
• Signature upon delivery may be required for shipments over $200

Note: Orders usually ship 1-3 business days after being placed.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel an order you have placed with ecobeco, you must contact customer support by email to orders@ecobeco.com or by phone (240) 396-2141 option 3. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund.

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but will be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks. We will notify you if the item you purchased will be fulfilled by a third party.

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from ecobeco, you can either bring it to our store (with your shipping receipt), or ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise or merchandise sent in error.

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling (240-396-2141 option 3) or e-mailing orders@ecobeco.com and providing your order number and the email address used to place the order.

We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card. We will not accept returns over $100 without an RMA number.

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. Our web ordering software is compliant with rules and requirements of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council. We also comply with Visa’s Payment Application Best Practices (PABP).
